By accessing or using the AR Drawing - DoodleTop mobile application ("App") on Android or iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. Privacy Policy

AR Drawing - DoodleTop is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal personal data necessary for user authentication and subscription management. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

3. User Permissions

To fully utilize the App's features, the following permissions may be requested:

• Camera Access: Used exclusively for AR Drawing features.
• Gallery Access: Enables image import for editing and drawing. Images are used locally and never uploaded.
• Draw Over Other Apps: Allows on-screen drawing over other applications. This is optional and controlled via device settings.

Users may grant or revoke these permissions at any time via their device settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app's code, UI, features, and branding belong to AR Drawing - DoodleTop and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users retain full rights to any original artworks they create using the app.
• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the app without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated images provided within the app are intended for personal and creative use.
• Users may use them for personal and creative projects, but commercial redistribution outside the app may require additional licensing or review.

6. Third-Party Services

To improve performance and reliability, AR Drawing - DoodleTop integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics – App usage analysis.
• Firebase Crashlytics – Crash detection and resolution.
• Firebase Realtime Database – Sync and manage app-related data.
• Firebase Authentication – Secure sign-in management.
• Google Play Billing – Manage subscriptions on Android.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit – Manage subscriptions on iOS.
• Apple Sign-In – Secure sign-in management on iOS (where available).

These services may collect anonymized, non-personal data. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared without consent.

7. Subscriptions & Pricing

AR Drawing - DoodleTop offers optional premium features through subscriptions available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

• All subscription payments are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple's App Store / StoreKit (iOS). We do not directly handle or store your payment information.
• Subscription auto-renewal and cancellation are managed through the respective platform's account settings.
• We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue pricing for any subscription tier at any time without prior notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions or the next billing cycle after the change takes effect and will not retroactively alter an already-active subscription period.
• Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store, as applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their device compatibility and app usage.

9. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of this App on Apple platforms is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of Apple's EULA, available at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to App Store distribution.

10. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users of all ages, including children. If you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the App or creating an account.

11. Governing Law & GDPR

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
